Projects

Systems built around evidence, boundaries, and human use

These projects examine different kinds of decisions: where professional attention belongs, how private material moves toward public form, when a probabilistic conclusion deserves action, and how recovery-oriented structure can exist without becoming surveillance.

They are presented as working systems rather than product pitches. Each case study documents the problem, architecture, governing constraints, significant tradeoffs, current maturity, and the places where automation is deliberately bounded or refused.

  1. Status Controlled private beta

    RoleRank

An explainable decision system for job discovery and application preparation

RoleRank is a controlled private-beta system for job discovery and application preparation, combining compliant job ingestion, versioned rule-based ranking, evidence-based explanations, truthful resume tailoring, and durable application records.

RoleRank Discovery page showing ranked synthetic jobs, score bands, filters, and match reasons.

    Representative artifact

Discovery surfaces ranked opportunities with bounded filters and concise evidence rather than an unranked job feed.

  2. Status Internal Windows application

    Command Center

A local-first desktop workspace for editorial, recovery, and publishing operations

Command Center is a local-first Windows environment that separates source processing, editorial development, image production, archive maintenance, and publication into guarded studios with explicit state, review, and write boundaries.

    Representative artifact

Command Center organizes the archive workflow into specialist operational rooms.

  3. Status Private soccer research application

    Expected Edge

Probabilistic soccer modeling, evidence governance, and portfolio risk

Expected Edge is a private soccer research system combining source-tracked data, probabilistic modeling, evidence gates, and portfolio-risk analysis—designed to expose uncertainty, reject weak conclusions, and treat abstention as a valid decision.

Synthetic Expected Edge daily dashboard with match cards and restrained model-status indicators.

    Representative artifact

A local daily review surface built from synthetic fixtures and model outputs.

    Recovery OS

A mode-separated system for public information, individual reflection, and accountable organizational workflow design

Recovery OS is a mode-separated system for public information tied to its cited sources, individual reflective design, and accountable organizational workflows—built around human review, explicit privacy limits, and accountability without surveillance.

Earlier Data Science Work

The former Data Science section described a wider archive of projects, technical notes, notebooks, case studies, and applied analytical work. That scope will be preserved here as older material is reviewed, documented, and prepared for publication. Nothing will be represented as a completed case study merely because a source file exists.
